Barbeque Sausage

Cook 40 minutes in a pan on stove and serve over rice Mom Brown's Recipe
- Saute a medium onion and 2 T. butter
- Add: 2 T. vinegar
- 4 T. brown sugar
- 3 T. lemon juice
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup dried parsley
- 1/2 t. mustard
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 T. worch. sauce
- 1 lb. sausage cut into bite size pieces
Bourbon Collard Greens

Add to a pot of greens and cook until tender!
- 4 slices bacon
- 3 T. Butter
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 - 12 oz. beer
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1 t. Red pepper flake
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 t. Salt & 1/2 t. Pepper
Crazy Chicken Salad

Combine 1st 5 ingredients; chill to blend flavors
- 1 cup prepared Crazy Cucumber Spicy Dip Mix (Tastefully Simple)
- 1/2 c. peeled, diced cucumber
- 1 c. chopped tomatoes
- 1 c. canned black beans, rinsed
- 1 c. cooked, diced chicken
- fresh cilantro
- shredded cheddar cheese
Buttermilk Cornbread (Southern Living)

Preheat oven to 400. Lightly grease an 8 inch cast iron skillet, and heat in oven 5 minutes
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup plus 3 T. plain white cornmeal
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 T. baking powder
- 1 t. salt
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
Florida Pie

- Beat together 1/2 t. baking powder, and 3 egg whites until stiff.
- Stir in 1 cup sugar, 1 t. vanilla, 1 cup chopped nuts, 17 ritz crackers-rolled fine or crushed).
- Pour into well greased pie pan. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes. Let cool and top with dream whip. Chill several hours.
5 Layer Crazy Coconut Bars

Preheat oven to 325. Combine all ingredients and press dough into a greased 8x8 baking pan

- 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

- lemon
- Dried Italian seasoning mix
- 1 stick of butter
Chicken Chili Cornbread Casserole

Heat oven to 400. Lightly spray 9 inch baking dish with non stick spray
- Topping:
- 2 cups cooked chopped chicken
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 (11 oz.) can Mexican style corn, undrained
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can cream style corn
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies, undrained
- 2 T. White Lily Self-Rising Cornmeal
- 1 t. chili powder
- 1 t. cumin
- 1 T. cilantro
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 cup White Lily Self-Rising Cornmeal
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 T. veg. oil
- 1 large egg, beaten
Blue Cheese Ball (Trish's Recipe)

- 2 - 5 oz. containers crumbled Blue Cheese

- 2 cups all purpose flour 1 lb. powder sugar

- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1 t. vanilla
