Ingredients
- 8 wedges of The Laughing Cow cheese
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup of 10% cream
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- A dash of coarse salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F. Peel potatoes. Cut them into thin slices and wash them.
In a saucepan, bring milk, cream, 6 wedges of the Laughing Cow Cheese, and salt to a boil.
Add potatoes and simmer 10 minutes
In the meantime, grease a baking dish and rub with garlic clove. Pour in contents of the saucepan. Top with remaining wedges of The Laughing Cow Cheese. Bake for 45 minutes.
