Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbls cream
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1-1/2 cups more flour
  • Chicken
  • Chicken Broth from cooked chicken
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • For Thicker noodles - Cream of Chicken Noodle is added to the chicken broth.

Preparation

Step 1

Cook Chicken in roaster - keep the broth (Noodles will be cooked in broth).

HOMEMADE NOODLES:
Mix eggs and salt well. Add cream and 2 cups of flour. Mix. Add baking powder and remaining flour.

Roll out dough on floured surface until 1/4" thick. Cut dough into bite size strips.

Boil for 15 minutes in chicken broth. For thicker noodle mixture cook in cream of chicken soup

Add chicken and simmer for 15 minutes.

Add mushrooms.
