Ingredients
- 4 cups Granny Smith Apples diced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Tblsp. flour
- 1 egg
- Juice only from 8 oz.can crushed pineapple
- 1 cup salted peanuts
- 2 Tblsp. cider vinegar
- 8 oz. cool whip
Details
Servings 8
Preparation
Step 1
In saucepan, heat sugar, flour, egg, juice and vinegar.
Warm until thick.
Cool.
Once cooled, mix with cool whip.
Add 1/2 cup peanuts and apples.
Mix well.
Add remaining peanuts on top.
