Vegetables/Cauliflower with Dijon Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Place cauliflower in a large glass bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Poke a few holes in the plastic with a knife. Cook in microwave 5-7 minutes, or until tender.
In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaisr and Dijon mustard. spread over top of the cauliflower. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top. Return to mcirowave, and cook just until cheese has melted, about 2 minutes.
