Ingredients

  • 2 c sugar (3 c)
  • 4 T flour (6 T)
  • Nutmeg
  • 1 T + 1 t butter (2T)
  • 3 eggs beaten (4 or 5)
  • 4 C + cut up rhubarb
  • 2/3 c light whipping cream (1 c)
  • *The amount in parentheses is for the 1 1/2 recipe)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sugar and everything else and put in shell.

Top with ½ c sugar, ½ c flour, ½ c butter. Crumble on top.
425 degrees for 10- mins then 350 degrees for 40 mins or until done.
