Ingredients
- 2 c sugar (3 c)
- 4 T flour (6 T)
- Nutmeg
- 1 T + 1 t butter (2T)
- 3 eggs beaten (4 or 5)
- 4 C + cut up rhubarb
- 2/3 c light whipping cream (1 c)
- *The amount in parentheses is for the 1 1/2 recipe)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix sugar and everything else and put in shell.
Top with ½ c sugar, ½ c flour, ½ c butter. Crumble on top.
425 degrees for 10- mins then 350 degrees for 40 mins or until done.
