Ingredients

  • 2 lg onion
  • 7 stalks celery
  • 5 carrots
  • 15-18 potatoes
  • White sauce:-)
  • 20 T butter
  • 20 T flour
  • 5 t salt
  • 30 c milk (2 gallons + 2cups)

Preparation

Step 1

Saute veggies with Mary, till tender, add potatoes cook till tender, keep adding butter to keep moist looking. Add ham.
For sauce melt butter in pan over low heat. Blend in flour and salt. Add milk all at once. Cook quickly stirring constantly till mixture thickens and bubbles. Remove from heat add potatoes and stuff.
