Lemon Tarts

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups white sugar
- 2 Tbsp soft butter
- Juice and rind of 1 lemon
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Beat butter,sugar and gs until well blended
Add lemon rind and juice
Pour into tart shells
Place tarts on cookkie sheet for stability
Bake 10 min @ 400 and then reduce to 375 and bake 10
minutes more. Watch oven time
