Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 can (10.75oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup low fat milk
- 1 tsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup White Puree
- 2 tbsp oat bran
- one 16-20oz bag fresh or frozen green beans
- 1 cup canned fried onions
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 and spray a 2 qt casserole dish with oil.
In prepared casserole dish, mix the soup, milk, soy sauce, White puree, oat bran, green beans, and sliced mushrooms, if using. Bak for 25 minutes. REmove from oven, stir, and top with fried onions. Bake another 5 minutes.
