Ingredients
- 5 potatoes, sliced
- 2 onions, diced
- 2 cans asparagus (do not drain)
- 1 C shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 C butter
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Arrange potatoes in baking dish. Top with onions followed by asparagus. Dot with butter. Season and cover tightly.
Bake at least 45 minutes until potatoes are done. Arrange cheese on top and allow to melt before serving.
