- 6 potatoes, washed and cut into quarters
- ¼ c flour
- ¼ parmesan cheese
- ¾ tsp salt
- Dash pepper
- 1/3 cup butter

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Melt butter in 9x13 pan. Wash and cut up potatoes into wedges. Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in zip-loc bag. Add potatoes a few at a time and shake to coat. Put in pan and bake for 45-60 minutes, turning once.
