Crab Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 2 portabella mushrooms, about 4" and about 6oz
- 3 oz crab, cooked and shelled
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, about 4oz, shredded
- 1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp worcestershire

Preparation
Step 1
Rinse mushrooms and pat dry. Remove and chop stems; place in medium-size bowl and mix in crab,m cheese, onions and worchestershire.
Coat a 9" square or 7" x 11" baking dish with cooking oil spray. Arrange mushrooms, gill sid up, in pan. Spoon the crab mixture on top of mushrooms, pressing it together lightly.
Bake in a 375' oven until cheese melts and browns lightly, 20 to 25 minutes. Serve hot.
