Ingredients
- 2 lbs yellow squash, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1/2 lb grated sharp cheese
- 1/2 stick margarine (4 tbsp)
- seasoned herbed stuffing

Preparation
Step 1
Steam squash, carrots and and onions til tender. Mix sour cream, cream of chicken soup,and grated cheese.
Melt margarine and moisten breadcrumbs.
Layer squash mix alternately with stuffing mixture two times. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
