Copycat Ruth's Chris Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• Mix:
• 1 C. brown sugar
• 1/3 C. flour
• 1 C. pecans, chopped
• 1/3 stick butter, melted
• Casserole:
• 3 C. sweet potatoes, mashed
• 1 C. sugar
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1/2 C. butter

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine the ingredients for the crust in a bowl and set aside.

For the filling, combine the other ingredients.

Pour the mixture into a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with the crust mixture.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
