Ingredients
- Butter
- Can plum tomatoes
- 1/2 - 1 pt light cream
- Fresh parsley
- 1 beaten egg yolk
- Fresh pepper
- Prosciutto optional
- Mushrooms can, optional
- Peas
- Tortellini or any kind of pasta of choice

Preparation
Step 1
In fry pan, melt 1/2 stick butter, cn saute some onions, mushrooms and proxiutto. pour cream a little bit at a time. add parmesan to your liking, parsley and put over medium heat. Boil it up, add beaten egg yolk, and keep stirring so it doesn't scramble. Then add your red tomatoes, little at a time. Add small can of peas, simmer 5-10 minutes. Can add mushrooms, and prociutto.
