Ingredients
- 15 lbs beets
- 12 cups vinegar
- 6 cups sugar
- 3 Tbsp cinnamon
- 3 tsp allspice
- 3 Tbsp mustard seeds
- 3 tsp cloves
- 3 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Peel and chop beets. Steam until soft.
Meanwhile combine all the ingrediants and bring to a boil. Pir over cooked beets in clean jars and seal.
Can for about 10 minutes
