Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 stick butter melted
  • 5 eggs
  • 7 oz. coconut, chopped a little
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. buttermilk, can use regular if in a pinch
  • 1 pie shell

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter, add sugar, eggs, buttermilk and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in coconut. Mix well.
Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells
Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
