Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 stick butter melted
- 5 eggs
- 7 oz. coconut, chopped a little
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. buttermilk, can use regular if in a pinch
- 1 pie shell
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter, add sugar, eggs, buttermilk and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in coconut. Mix well.
Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells
Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
