Ingredients
- big can of corn
- package of crab meat diced
- red onion diced
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- a hot pepper diced- you decide the kind depending on amount of heat
- pinch of sugar
- cilantro diced ( u decide the amount - some people dont like this herb)
- basil diced
- extra virgin olive oil about 2 -3 table spoons
- salt
- pepper

Preparation
Step 1
in a small bowl mix together the lemon juice, and sugar - let this sit until the sugar is dissolved. in bigger bowl mix together the corn, crab, hot pepper, onion, basil, cilantro, then add the sugar and lemon juice mixture and stir. add the olive oil - stir, add salt and pepper to taste. let it stay in refrigerator over night. when you open it the next day - if it looks dry add some more olive oil to it and stir.
