Ingredients

  • 4

    tablespoons butter

  • 4

    peaches halved, cored, and skinned

  • 8

    tablespoons skinned almonds

  • 8

    tablespoons honey

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place butter in bottom of casserole and melt butter. Place peaches core-side up in baking dish. In a small bowl, combine almonds and honey. Divide the honey mixture among the peaches. Bake in oven for 25 minutes or until peaches pierce easily with a knife. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
