Cheesy Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, trimmed and cut into florets
  • 3 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 TB lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 TB grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 450F.
Combine cauliflower and garlic in large bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Transfer in a single layer to a large rimmed baking sheet.
Roast at 450F for about 25 minutes; stirring once.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Serve immediately.
