Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cup dry whole grain rigatoni pasta
  • 12 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 can french style green beans, drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with garlic and onion
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta and drain. Return to pan and cover. Cook chicken in hot oil until browned. Add beans and tomatoes. Simmer for 9 mins. Add cheese. Add cooked pasta and stir.
