Ingredients
- 5 cups shredded extra sharp cheddar
- 7 oz jar pimentos, drained and finely chopped
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- pinch cayenne
- crumbled bacon
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except bacon.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Spread onto toast and top with crumbled bacon.
Bake at 400 degrees for 2 minutes
