Chicken or Beef Fajita Marinade

I meshed together two recipes to make this delish marinade for chicken or beef.

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 3 T. lime juice
• 1 T. honey
• 1 t. garlic powder
• 1 t. salt
• 1/2 t. black pepper
• 1/2 t. cumin
• 1/4 cup snipped chives
• 1 jalepeno, sliced
• splash hot sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together in a gallon zip lock bag.
Add meat, onions, and mixed bell peppers to marinate for an hour.
