  • 6 large artichokes
  • Grated Fontinella cheese (wedge)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh Garlic, pressed
  • Oil
  • oregano
  • 2 1/2 cups Seasoned bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Clean artichokes, stuff and simmer covered 1-1 1/2 hours adding water as needed. Sprinkle extra Fontinella on top.
