- 1 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 Tablespoon lemon extract
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 2 cups flour
- powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Cream butter and sugar. Add 1 egg at a time mixing well after each egg. Slowly add flour. Add extract and mix until smooth and creamy. Grease 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x1 pan. Pour batter in and spread. Mark off 20 squares, in the center of each square put a heaping tablespoon of cherry pie filling (3 or 4 cherries) Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top while warm. Cool in pan.
