Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 lbs. potatoes (peeled, halved, sliced)
- 2 shallots (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp. chicken flavored instant bouillon
- 3 T cider vinegar
- 2 T chopped parsley
- 1.2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook bacon and set aside. In bacon grease stir potatoes, shallots,bouillon, and 1/2 c water. Cook covered on high 14-17 minutes or until potatoes are tender. (stir twice during cooking) Stir in vinegar and remaining ingredients and crumbled bacon. Let stand covered 5 minutes.
