CHEESY HASH BROWN POTATOES

Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 1 (20 ounce) package Hash Brown potatoes
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • French Fried Onions

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray 2 quart glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

In large bowl combine all hash brown ingredients; mix well. Spread into prepared baking dish.

Spread french fried onions evenly over hash browns. Cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes with foil on. Uncover and bake 15 more minutes or until hash browns are tender.
