BREAKFAST - Banana Pudding Cake

Ingredients

• 1 pkg yellow cake mix
• 2-3 bananas, mashed
• 1 3.5 oz pkg INSTANT banana or vanilla pudding
• 4 eggs
• 1 c water
• 1/4 c oil
• 1/2 c chopped nuts (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together at medium speed of electric mixer. Bake in greased bundt pan at 350 for 60-70 minutes. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
