Ingredients
- 1 can of sliced beets, drained(save juice)
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbs. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. beet juice
- 1/4 c. vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
Blend together cornstarch and sugar.
Mix in juice and vinegar.
Cook in microwave until thickened.(2-4 min.)
Add beets and heat through.
