Step 1

Line a 8x8 baking pan with foil. On the bottom arange 25 vanilla wafers. In a medium saucepan melt 8 oz quality white chocolate that has been chopped on low heat. Can add pink or red paste food coloring. Pour melted chacolate into bowl that has the another 4 oz chopped white chocoalte. Mix and then pour over wafers. Then press in 1/2 c fresh blueberries and 1/2 c fresh raspberries. WE TRIED THIS 11/13 AND IT WAS QUITE GOOD AND THE KIDS REALLY LIKED IT.
