Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach, fresh
  • 1 cup of almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/2 cantaloupe, ripe and rind removed
  • 1 cup grape
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Preparation

Step 1

Blend spinach, almond milk and water until smooth. Next add the remaining fruits and blend again.

* Use at least one frozen fruit to make the green smoothie cold
