Ingredients
- 3 lbs. medium to large shrimp, de-headed only
- 16 oz. Italian dressing
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh ground black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
- 2 lemons, halved
- 1/4 C fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 C butter, cut up

Preparation
Step 1
Place shrimp, dressing, pepper, and garlic into a 13x9 baking dish, tossing to coat. Squeeze juice from lemons over shrimp mixture, and stir. Add lemon halves to pan. Sprinkle evenly with parsley; dot with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes. Serve in pan with french bread.
