Ingredients

  • 5 hard boiled eggs, choppd
  • 5 stalks of celery, finely chopped
  • 6 Gherkin pickles, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c. chopped red onion
  • 1-1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • Salt & seasoned salt to taste
  • 12 oz vermicelli broken, cooked and drained
  • 1 lb. raw shrimp cooked, coarsely chopped
  • Paprika
  • Chopped parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 7 ingredients Add vermicelli and toss well. Chill overnight. Before serving add shrimp and toss. Garnish with paprika and parsley.
