Cajun Grilled Turkey Breasts

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless turkey breasts (4-6 pieces)
  • 1/4 c. Italian salad dressing
  • 1/2 t. onion powder
  • 2 T. lemon juice
  • 1/4 t cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 t. garlic powder
  • 1 t. Creole seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

Place turkey in a large zip close plastic bag. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour marinade over turkey. Marinate for at least 2 hours, turning the bag occasionally. Remove turkey and reserve the marinade.

Preheat grill. Place turkey on grill. Cover and cook until turkey is no longer pink, turning once, about 15 to 18 minutes.

Pour reserved marinade into a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; cook one minute more, stirring occasionally. Serve turkey breast with sauce drizzled over them.
