Streusel Top Peach Pie
- 1 1/2 C. flour
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 C. oil
- 2 TBSP milk
- 1 C. powdered sugar
- 1/3 C. flour
- 4 C. fresh or canned peaches
- 3/4 C flour
- 1/2 C. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/3 C. butter or margarine, softened
Lightly spoon flour in cup, level off (1 1/2 cups). Combine first five(5) ingredients in order to form a soft pastry dough. Press pastry evenly in 9" pie pan.
Combine powdered sugar, 1/3 C. flour and peaches, mix well. Spoon into unbaked crust.
Combine 3/4 C. flour, 1/2 C. brown sugar, cinnamon and butter to form crumbs. Spoon over peaches.
Bake 375* for 40-45 minute, until topping is brown.
* Can use any fruit you like.
