    C. flour

  • 2

    tsp. sugar

  • 1

    tsp. salt

  • 1/2

    C. oil

  • 2

    TBSP milk

  • 1

    C. powdered sugar

  • 1/3

    C. flour

  • 4

    C. fresh or canned peaches

  • 3/4

    C flour

  • 1/2

    C. firmly packed brown sugar

  • 1/2

    tsp. cinnamon

  • 1/3

    C. butter or margarine, softened

Directions

Lightly spoon flour in cup, level off (1 1/2 cups). Combine first five(5) ingredients in order to form a soft pastry dough. Press pastry evenly in 9" pie pan. Combine powdered sugar, 1/3 C. flour and peaches, mix well. Spoon into unbaked crust. Combine 3/4 C. flour, 1/2 C. brown sugar, cinnamon and butter to form crumbs. Spoon over peaches. Bake 375* for 40-45 minute, until topping is brown. * Can use any fruit you like.
