Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 1 can Artichoke Hearts in water, chopped into small pieces
  • 1 C Fresh Grated or shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 C Mayonnaise
  • 1 C Shredded Cheddar
  • 1/2 C Sour Cream
  • Additional 1-2 C shredded Cheddar
  • I usually double the recipe **

Step 1

In a lg. bowl, mix together chopped artichokes, mayo, sour cream, parmesan and 1C cheddar.

Spoon mixture into shallow microwavable/oven safe bowl. Add topping.

Microwave for 10 min. or until melted all the way through. Or...
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
