  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. honey
  • 2 T. molasses
  • 3/4 c. coconut oil
  • 1/2 c. applesauce
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 T. cinnamon
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 T. baking powder
  • 2 t. baking soda
  • 1 c. oat flour
  • 1 c. whole wheat flour
  • 3 c. grated raw carrots

Step 1

Beat wet ingredients together. Whisk dry ingredients together in a separate bowl and this mix into wet ingredients. Bake in 2 round pans at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
