Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons Half & Half or Fat Free Half & Half
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon poppy seed
- 2 ripe pears, cored, cubed
- 1 large red crisp apple, cored, cubed
- 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 5 (3/4-ounce) slices Swiss Cheese, cut into thin strips
- 1 (5- to 6-ounce) package salad greens

Preparation
Step 1
Combine mayonnaise, sugar, half & half, vinegar and poppy seed in bowl; beat with whisk until well mixed.
Add pears, apple, cranberries and cheese; toss to coat.
Line large platter with salad greens.
Top with fruit mixture.
Serve and enjoy!
