    cups Heavy Cream

  • 1 1/4

    cup finely grated Parmigano-reggiano cheese

  • 1

    lb fettucine pasta

Directions

In large pot cook 1lb of fettucine pasta until al dente. Drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta cooking water. Use same pot, melt 4 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream and 1/2 cup of pasta water and bring to a simmer. Add pasta and cheese and toss. ***add more pasta mater for looser sauce
