Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. wild rice mixture, cooked according to pkg. directions
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 c. cheese, cubed
  • 1 lb. shrimp, cooked slightly

Mix all together and pour in greased casserole.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
