Slow Cooker Ham and Potato Chowder

Ingredients
- 3 cups warm water
- 2 tbsp. chicken granules
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 4 potatoes, peeled and cut into 1" cubes
- 1 cup cooked ham
- 1 cup corn
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp. dried parsley
- 1 tsp. dill weed
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk 3 cups warm water with chicken granules, till dissolved. Pour into slow cooker. Stir in chicken soup. Stir in potatoes, ham, corn, onion, and butter. Place four and 1/2 cup water into a small container with a lid and shake well to combine until smooth Stir into soup. Mix in parsley, dill, and celery seed. Season with salt and pepper. Cook on high 4 hours or low 8 hours; stirring once or twice during cooking.
