- 1 can eaglebrand milk
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 t. lemon zest
- 3 egg ylks
- 8 in. pie crust
- 3 egg whiltes
- 1/4 t. cream of tartar
- 1/4 cup sugar

Step 1
325* mix first 4 ingred. together. pour into graham cracker crust.. bake 15 min.
beat egg whites, cream of tartar and sugar til peaks.. bake under hot oven til golden
