Ingredients

    medium white potatoes

  • ¼

    cooking oil

  • 1

    cup chopped onions

  • 1-2

    teaspoons butter

  • ½

    tablespoon garlic salt

  • ½

    tablespoon pepper

  • ¼

    teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • ¼

    teaspoon paprika

  • ¼

    teaspoon chili powder

  • ¼

    teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

Cut potatoes into 1 inch pieces with skin on. Mix dry ingredients together. Put potatoes into a gallon plastic zipper bag, add the oil, onions, and the dry ingredients. Shake bag to coat potatoes. In a skillet over medium-high heat add butter. When butter is melted, add the contents of the plastic bag. Cook until potatoes are cooked through flipping occasionally.
