Rice and Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 packages frozen chopped broccoli
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 14 oz velvetta cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon sage
  • 2-1/2 cups cooked rice

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion in butter. Add frozen broccoli and simmer until broccoli is thawed. Add mushroom soup- stir well. Add cheese, then cooked rice and mix well. Add the sage. Place in a casserole dish and heat in the oven 350º to serve
