Ingredients
- 6 cups cubed and peeled red potatoes
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1/2 c chopped onions
- 2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 2 chicken flavored bouillon cubes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cup milk divided
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3/4 lb velveeta ceese cubed

Preparation
Step 1
combine first 9 ingerdents in a dutch oven
bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat
simmer 7 to 8 minutes or until the vegetables are tender
gradually add 1/ cup milk into flour
making a smooth paste
stir into soup
add remaining 2 3/4 cups milk and the cheese
cook over medium heat until soup is thickened
