Ingredients

• 6 cups of chicken broth - 1 11/2 of the box
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 2 large carrots and celery
• Dice up about 4 really large potatos and hours am
• Ham and cheeses

Preparation

Step 1

diceup onion,carrots,celery, and Putin skillet with a little
Garlic and pepper.
Make a roué of 4 t/l butter ad 4 t/l flour to veg mix adding a little
Broth to the skillet
Then add the heavy cream. Broth
Ham or Canadian bacon
Alittlt smoked Gouda and Swiss
Simmer for few hours
