DESSERTS - Low Fat/Low Sugar Strawberry Pie

Ingredients
- 1 (.3 oz.) Jello (strawberry) sugar free (blue box)
- 2 (8 oz.) containers of strawberry yogurt
- 1 (8 oz.) container of fat free cool whip
- 1 reduced fat graham cracker pie crust

Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve Jello in 1/4 cup of hot water. Stir yogurt into jello mixture. Fold in 8 oz. conatiner (thawed) of cool whip (DO NOT STIR!). Pour in pie crust and cool in refrigerator for 2 hours. Top with cool whip.
(Can use yogurt with splenda which comes in 6 oz. containers so just use 2 1/2 of those. Also you can change recipe to any flavor such as lime or raspberry).
