Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 packs frozen broccoli
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1/4 cup grated onion
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 8oz. package of pepperidge farm stuffing)
- 1 stick butter

Preparation
Step 1
Cook broccoli for 5 minutes and then drain. Melt butter and mix with stuffing. Line 9x13 pan with 1/2 the stuffing mixture.
Combine broccoli, soup, sour cream, carrots and onions and put it on top of the stuffing mixture. Place the remaining stuffing on the top.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
