Ingredients

  • 3/4 /cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (3 oz.) package cook-n-serve vanilla pudding
  • 3 Tbsps. soft butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Fresh or canned peaches
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 Tbsps. peach juice
  • Cinnamon and sugar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix first 7 ingredients together and beat for two minutes, pour into a greased 10-inch pie plate.
2. Layer fresh or canned peach slices on top.
3. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and peach juice until smooth, spoon on top of peaches and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
