Ingredients

  • 4 TBSP water
  • 2 TBSP ketchup
  • 1 TBSP soy sauce
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 TBSP vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 12 oz. cooked shrimp, tails removed

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl mix together water, ketchup, soy sauce, cornstarch, honey, ground ginger and red pepper flakes. Set aside.

Heat oil and add green onions and garlic, cook 1 minute. Stir in shrimp and toss to coat with oil. Stir in sauce. Cook until sauce is bubbly an thickened.
